I’m Jess, a yoga teacher and clinical psychologist.
I have practiced yoga for nearly 20 years and worked in mental health services for about 10 years.
Whether through yoga or therapy, I’m passionate about helping others and creating a space for people to connect with themselves and their emotions. Sometimes we need to ‘be’ and not ‘do’.
